Return Policy

Return Policy:

All returns must be made within 7 Days of purchase.

To be ELIGIBLE for return, Items must be:

• UNWORN
• UNWASHED
• UNALTERED
• NO MAKEUP STAINS
• NO PET HAIR
• NO ODORS including SMOKE ODORS
• NO DEODORANT STAINS

Customer must fill out the Return Card that accompanies your order. IF you do not have a return card, the order number, customer name, item#, reason for return MUST accompany your returned item.

Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.

Refunds are given as a store credit to your account. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the processing of returns.

ANY SALE ITEMS OR CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

ANY PERSONAL ITEMS are FINAL SALE for Hygienic purposes including but not limited to Undergarments, Bras, Hats, Beanies, Shorts, Leggings, Food Items, Chapsticks, etc.

If you have a defect, please email us at njslal@gmail.com within TWO DAYS of receiving the damaged item for a replacement (if available) or store credit.
