Return Policy:

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free of makeup stains
  • Free of pet hair
  • Free of odors (including smoke)
  • Free of deodorant stains

Customers must complete the Return Card included with your order. If you don’t have a Return Card, please include the order number, customer name, item number, and reason for return with your item.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit only. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Final Sale Items:

  • Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
  • Personal items, including but not limited to undergarments, bras, hats, beanies, shorts, leggings, food items, and chapsticks, are also FINAL SALE and non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

If you receive a defective item, please email us at natasha@lalsboutique.com within 2 days of receiving your order to request a replacement (if available) or store credit.
